Mrs. Stephanie Pela-Nicholson To All Instructors

Stephanie Pela-Nicholson holds a BA in Performing Arts from Samford University. She focused on acting but also spent time in other theater disciplines. Most notably, vocal training, costume design, and theatrical makeup. Ms. Stephanie also spent some time studying both modern dance and ballet. She feels so blessed to have the opportunity to work with FLAME students and is so thankful that God called her to do so.

She will aim to share everything she can from this background with drama students this year. She is so looking forward to seeing familiar faces and also getting to know more new students. 

Ms. Stephanie loves that theater is a collaborative art form. Her favorite thing about it is that a theatrical performance is really the culmination of many different art forms.  It is the most wonderful form of “playing pretend” and creative storytelling.

You can find Ms. Stephanie on any given day weeding her big veggie garden whilst obsessing over what more she can fit in the spaces she’s uncovered. (Or if it’s winter, seed catalogs must suffice.) Her favorite thing to do is spend time at home with her husband Will and their 5 children!
